Our typical MOQ is 500–1,000 units per design. However, we support small-batch orders starting from 100 units for startups or test runs. Sample orders (2–5 pieces) are available for pre-production approval. No MOQ for digital proof samples.
Yes. Digital 3D renders are free and provided within 24–48 hours. Physical samples are available with a small sampling fee (refundable upon order confirmation). Sample production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Standard production takes 10–15 business days after sample approval. Expedited service (5–7 days) is available for an additional fee. Shipping options include sea freight (3–5 weeks), air freight (5–10 days), and express (3–7 days). We offer DDP/DAP door-to-door delivery to most countries.
We offer kraft paper, corrugated board, art paper, rigid board, and specialty papers. For eco-friendly choices: FSC-certified, recycled content (30–100%), water-based inks, and compostable materials are available. Plastic-free solutions are our standard unless requested otherwise.
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and EPS files. Please use CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, and include 3mm bleed. We provide free die-line templates for your designer. Text must be converted to outlines. Can’t prepare a file? Our design team can help for a small fee.
We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Typical terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. If boxes arrive damaged or do not match approved samples, we will reprint or refund at no cost to you. We stand behind every order with a 100% quality guarantee.

Quality is not a coincidence. We follow a three-stage QC process: first-article approval before mass production, in-process checks every 500 units, and final inspection before shipping. Color difference is kept under ΔE < 2. If it doesn’t match your approved sample, we reprint at no cost.
We ship worldwide. Choose from express (3–7 days), air freight (5–10 days), or sea freight (20–40 days). For hassle-free delivery, we offer DDP door-to-door — duties and taxes included. Need us to slap your shipping labels and send directly to your customers? We do that too.
